Mango Lhassi
 

1 c. plain yogurt
3 c. crushed ice
 

3 T fine sugar
 chunks of fresh mango
 

Combine in blender; serves 4.

 

Sangria
 

1 bottle chianti
2 oz. tripple sec
1 oz. brandy
2 oz. orange juice
 

1 oz. lemon juice
10 oz. seltzer
chopped apples, oranges, grapes, etc.
 

Let all but seltzer refridgerate for an hour. Add seltzer and serve over ice.

 

Margaritas
 

1/2 oz. tripple sec
1 1/2 oz. tequilla
2 oz. lime juice
 

Crushed Ice
rim salt
lime wedge

Sweetened Condensed Milk
 

Boil the tea leaves until very dark. (apx. 5 c. tea leaves per gallon of water) Strain and chill. Serve on ice with the sweetened condensed milk.
